What’s the process?

First start by filling out a quote. Once we have a good understanding of your business and your needs we will customise a quote to suit your business. Once we receive payment we carefully select mystery guests to suit your target market. Mystery guests stay at your accommodation while very thoroughly critiquing their stay. In a few weeks your very detailed report will be ready, providing you with very insightful information to further improve your business.

Who are the mystery guests?

Sorry! Our mystery guests remain a secret. What we can tell you is that they are very carefully selected to suit your target market. For example if you are a guest house aimed at couples then your mystery guests will be a couple, if your accommodation is family orientated then we will send a family! This ensures for a very authentic stay and guests can critique to suit .

What is included in the report?

What isn't included should of been the question! We provide businesses with a comprehensive outline of the entire stay. From the moment they arrive and check in from the moment they leave. Every aspect of the stay including finding the location, how they were treated by staff and the check out process.

We have found that many owners feel disheartened when bad reviews are left on their websites and were not given the chance to correct issues. This is because many reviews seem to be negative or positive based on human emotions. The 'mediocre' stay often doesn't receive a review and this is where the improvements to improve your business are hiding.

We have facilities, can you rate them?

Sure! Our mystery guests can stay one night- which is usually enough time to do a general review. Or two to three nights,for a more detailed report, including the facilities such as pool, spa, gymnasium, day spa, restaurant, room service etc.
